Rook is the safe house you’ll find at the beginning of the game after the prologue. You will be spending time in these shelters between story missions. You can spend your stolen money on upgrading the training grounds, workshops, and unlocking new bonuses, as well as find interesting items.
There is no need to use the combination we have provided below. Only the notes of the piano puzzle will remain the same.
How do you start the boiler?
It is possible to solve the puzzle in two parts. The piano unlocks a door in another basement and the boiler from the other basement opens the one inside the secret basement. Imagine that you were the first to find the piano.
mmoset Piano – puzzle
On the first floor, there is a table that has an ultraviolet torch next to a musical instrument (to the right of the entrance to the training area). You can use the RMB or “4” keys to turn on the light if you’re close to an object, such as a piano.
You can see the names of some notes by shining a light above the piano. You can find the “1” above the piano by shining a light. A small arrow points in the direction of the note next. They are all displayed on the wall of the same room. Once you have found 5 notes, the only thing left to do is play the piano. You will be able to open a secret passage. Cauldron
Standing next to the table, where Marshall (or Marshall is currently packing his belongings into his bag) was. Look at the briefing board. On the right, there’s a small hallway. At the end of the corridor is a door that leads to the basement. You will find a large boiler in the second room. You will receive a hint after examining two notes:
The fuel valve should be turned twice to “0”.
The “Boiler valve” is the same.
Turn the “Fuel”, valve one time until the arrow in the middle.
Press the ignition button (the first light should be lit on the side of your boiler, but it shouldn’t be red).
The “Boiler valve” should be turned twice more. Second, a bright green light will appear. You’ve solved the puzzle.
The door to the second basement will be opened by these actions.
What is the code to the basement door?
Then, interact with the closest door after reading the note. Guessing the code will be required to find the correct door. Use these tips to help you:
Press the lock button and enter any 5 numbers.
You have guessed a part of the code if you see green numbers. However, it is also possible to find the correct number position if there are any.
You have guessed the value of a number if it is yellow, but not its position.
Cross out immediately all red numbers in the code combination. Do not use them any more.
Enter the numbers that you haven’t used yet, and then enter any other numbers. Keep the green numbers where they are and add the yellow ones to other places.
You have approximately 5-6 chances to continue. You will need to start again if you don’t have enough time to guess.
This puzzle’s difficulty is partially a matter luck. If you can guess a few of the numbers and their locations the first time around, it will be easier. Each player is given a random number combination.
Computer Word Puzzle
You need to go through the door and then walk around the equipment. Read the note, and then look for the other encryption machine in the next room. You must choose four correct words.
The words that will never change are:
BUNKER
ROOM
DOOR
INTERROGATION
You will need to enter the words in a different order. You can see below the relationship between numbers and letters and, at the top right, the hidden word. You can either match the numbers with the letters or simply look at the suggested words and see which four words you can make from them. This puzzle is not difficult!
You will be able to open one of two doors along the corridor in this basement when you solve the mystery. You can find the torture chamber by entering the room behind the glass. On the table is a small note. You need a master key to open the door and get the key. Rotate the master key with the mouse to see the spring glow. Keep it in that position for a couple of seconds. Repeat these steps to replace three springs.
How do you open the safe?
The final act is approaching! After receiving the key in the previous room go to the opposite wing of basement and open the doors. On the shelf, turn on the radio. You will be able to hear a random prose story. You should pay attention to four words in this story. It consists of only two lines.
The words are actually objects placed in the room. The objects must be located and a UV flashlight should be used to illuminate them. You will receive four numbers if you do this. Unfortunately, some objects are harder to locate than others. I could not find the “flakes” and the guitar is hard to see – it is to the left of sofa.
