Q. What is required to declare war?
A. In order to declare war you must first select the kingdom that you wish to target target and declare your reasons for targeting that kingdom. Once you have decided on your target and goals, you must notify the admin of your intent to declare war, what your target is, and what your goals are. If the admin accepts your declaration of war, you must then send the declaration of war to the target kingdom and The Feros Empire in order to make it official.
Q. What goals are acceptable for declaring war?
A. Goals such as gaining territory, resources, or to subjugate the target are acceptable.
War will be ended when you have achieved all your target goals, the other side surrenders, or a diplomatic solution has been reached.

RULES:
•No war may have a duration that exceeds fourteen days.
•Once the war has ended there will be a mandatory period of peace for both parties of no fewer than seven days to allow for rebuilding.
•New kingdoms, neutral kingdoms, and The Feros Empire are not valid targets for war.
•War may only be engaged through a declaration of war, you may not attack another faction without a declaration of war.
•Weak, new, and neutral factions are under the protection of The Feros Empire.
•Both side may seek allies during a sanctioned war, but they must remain engaged until the war ends.
•A faction base may only be attacked while both factions are online. This will require that both parties agree to a set schedule of time for battles to take place.
•Raiding is not allowed, only war.
•You may not destroy more than necessary to attain your goals.
•War and PvP are not allowed during Alpha phase

OVERALL PVP SYSTEM
- Â Convoys may also be targeted by robbers or enemy factions ofcourse. Make sure you are guarded.
- Robbers, assassin’s, mercenaries or other players can also kill you around the map but if they do so you can report it to The Feros Empire and let a bounty be placed on them.
- Killing outside of war, except for combat in the Colosseum, can result in a bounty being placed. Bounties are collected by bringing the target to The Feros Empire either imprisoned, or as a corpse.
- Robbery(leave the victim alive) is a lesser crime and will carry a lighter bounties.
- Factions have autonomy over their controlled territories and may enact justice inside their own borders with impunity.
- PVP zones don’t have rules killing people there won’t end up with a bounty on you.
- To prove someone killed you outside the pvp zone or wars make a screenshot lying will result in a ban.

- 1 main city and 1 10×10 outter outpost outside their claimed area
- For each member 1 outpost around their borders
- Can have allies/enemies/trade partners
- Allowed to join or start a war
- Max 8 members
- Have 1 resources hut 6×6 in the 3 bioms (wheel of pain counts as one)
- Can claim huge areas

- Allowed to join wars when hired
- Max 4 members
- Have small resources huts in the 3 bioms 3×3 (wheel of pain counts as one)
- Cant claim any area only their own base
- Can have a small guild house in the public city

THE RULES OF DIPLOMACY
- You can become allies at any moment with another faction. To make it official report to the admin (The Feros Empire)
- You can become official trade partners and make trade deals at any time. To make it official report to the admin (The Feros Empire)
- You can become neutral with any faction at any time. To make it official report to the admin (The Feros Empire)
- To declare war look at the war system above.
- Mercenaries/guilds will have a diffrent system.
- A faction can have up to 2 vassals.
- Vassals can only break away from their overlord by declaring war on their overlord.
